Working with Lancashire Mind and Chorley Social Prescribers, course participants are learning about nature, gardens and gardening, bushcraft, mindfulness and how to think about their lives in a more helpful way. New cohorts starting soon so please contact us should you or organisation wish to take part in this or other similar projects. Our work includes elements of the World Health Organisation approved Friends Resilience programmes. Contact us for more information or to book onto our next cohort.
