FRIENDS IN NATURE FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH DEMENTIA AND THEIR CARERS

INDOORS at Whalley Abbey

Meeting on Monday Mornings from 1030am - 12 noon, join us for this session where you have the chance to meet others in similar situations.

Currently meeting INDOORS (downstairs at Whalley Abbey)

The session is extremely relaxed and allows natural flow of conversations, interests and time with no pressure to do anything they don’t want to do. Activities vary each week and can include gentle mobility, conversation, reminiscence, crafts and snacks, all based around a campfire. Activities are user-led, based on the needs and interests of those attending.

What do you need to bring?
You don't actually need to bring anything, as we provide all equipment, refreshments etc

Everybody is welcome!

These sessions have been made possible by Ribble Valley Dementia Alliance who have kindly funded these sessions and support from Ribble Valley Crossroads Care.

The team are on hand to help and a Member of the Team from Ribble Valley Crossroads Care are also there to support you and your loved one.
